Digitizing and optimizing industry companies worldwide since 1998
Learn about our four-step method built on 25+ years of manufacturing and distribution projects, from first analysis to life after go-live.

Understand operations
First, we send in our industry experts to understand your business. Leveraging our experience with other companies in the industry, we ask detailed questions to learn about your value chain, production, operations, and organizational structure.
We then delve into your operations to identify pain points and explore ways to enhance your competitiveness and efficiency. By analyzing lead times, delivery times, and data quality, we aim to optimize every process, using technology to your advantage.
Design the right solution
Next, we design the solution - together with you, not for you. Based on the analysis, we build a joint project plan covering scope, budget, and timeline, and agree on who owns what on both sides so the project has real backing in your organization from day one.
Implement and improve
Once the final testing is done, we go live. Mazeppa supports your organization during this phase until we both feel confident with the new setup. This support is already included in the original project scope and plan.
If any changes are needed along the way, they will be managed, with many earmarked for future improvements to avoid disrupting the original scope. A few months after go-live, we sit down together and decide which of those improvements are worth turning into the next project.
Mazeppa Customer Care
ERP is never really “done”, your business keep changing, and your system should keep up. Through Mazeppa Customer Care, you get dedicated resources who knows you setup, regular health checks of your solution, and a clear path for turning new needs into small, manageable projects instead of one big overhaul every few years.
Systems
We've spent 25+ years helping manufacturing and distribution companies find the right fit for them, whether that's Infor or RamBase. Start with a conversation, not a commitment.
